Overview
It is difficult to avoid the uncertainty and disputes that surround the construction industry. Managing those issues fairly requires a combination of competencies: to unravel the complexity and give a meaningful explanation of what happened, why it happened that way, and who was responsible.
Elite Analytics is a full-service construction consultancy holding the competencies needed to resolve construction disputes. Our expertise in project management, project controls, cost management, construction methodology and contract administration works together to understand the variables that affected your project, and to quantify the resulting time and cost impacts.
Our dispute-resolution practice covers both advancing and defending claims for owners, contractors and subcontractors, using AI and big data tooling to collect and analyse project records cost-effectively.
Our core claim management services
Delay Claims Management (live projects)
We agree the claims management process with the contracting parties per the contract, trace the schedule to identify critical delays, test ongoing impacts with Time Impact Analysis, coordinate available mitigation measures, assist in drafting contractual notices, and register and track delaying events chronologically until closure.
Delay Analysis and Expert Reports
We investigate disputes to advance or defend claims and present the analysis and conclusions in expert reports, including expert witness services where required. Scope covers delay, time-related additional cost and loss of productivity (disruption).
Productivity and Disruption
We trace and monitor labour productivity, investigate the causes of any loss of productivity, and evaluate disruption claims against measured baselines rather than assertions.
Records and Entitlement
Record keeping designed around the contract's notice regime, so entitlement is preserved as the project runs rather than reconstructed years later.
