Schedule Management
We engage as early as project initiation and stay through close-out: pre-construction engineering, CAPEX estimate, procurement and tender schedules; baseline development, progress monitoring and updates during execution; systems completion and closeout requirements at the end. We deploy CPM and Earned Value Management, and can simulate the schedule in 4D using our BIM capability.
Progress Monitoring
An integrated approach that generates project KPIs — schedule status, cost indicators, productivity and critical milestone delivery — from one connected system (IPMS). Dashboards are automated and dynamic so reporting arrives in time for the team to act, backed by structured site data collection and site visits.
