Project controls, from baseline to boardroom

TideLine is the project controls platform we built out of our own claims and advisory practice. Build the schedule, measure it, prove the delay, present it — in one place, on live project data.

Why we built it

Every forensic assignment we take on starts the same way: reconstructing what a project's records should have told the team months earlier. TideLine exists so that work happens continuously, while the project is still running.

It combines a full CPM scheduling engine with schedule quality scoring, earned value, forensic delay analysis, Monte Carlo risk simulation and board-ready reporting — built by practitioners who have to defend their numbers under cross-examination.

  • Entitlement is preserved contemporaneously instead of reconstructed years later
  • One data set behind the schedule, the metrics and the expert exhibits
  • Analysis methods aligned with the standards recognised in dispute forums
  • Reporting your board and lenders can read without a translator

Modules

Eight modules, one project record

Schedule

Full CPM programmes — activities, WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, baselines — presented as executive timelines and roadmaps without rebuilding a slide.

Design

Deliverable tracking with rules of credit, activity links and full design-stage earned value.

Quality

DCMA 14-point plus four more standards, with your own weights and thresholds.

Metrics

Earned value, activity statistics and delay statistics — status reporting from live data.

Delay

Windows analysis across two P6 (or PDF) schedules with full traceability to cause and responsibility.

Risk

Monte Carlo schedule and cost risk with tornado charts and contingency sizing.

Extractor

AI-assisted extraction from emails, RFIs, minutes and PDF schedules into dated, evidenced events.

Reports

Board-ready PDF, DOCX and PPTX evidence packs.

How it works

01

Build it — or import it

Start from a blank timeline, a plain-language description, or existing Primavera P6 XER and MS Project files.

02

Measure it

Score schedule quality against industry standards, track earned value, and simulate schedule and cost risk on the live programme.

03

Prove it

Windows analysis compares schedules period by period, traces driving paths and ties every day of delay to a cause.

04

Present it

Executive Gantt boards, status reports and comparison exhibits exported to PowerPoint, PNG and PDF.
